Interior decorating and spacial design have been two of my favorite pastimes since the JCPenney Big Book was essentially today’s Wayfair. I marked those things up like a college chemistry book, picking out items for every room in the house. (Down to the sheets on the beds— no lie!)

Before my lifelong hobby turned into a business, I earned my Bachelors degree in Marketing, a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Tennessee Real Estate Broker’s license. I spent a decade in the sales industry of new-construction, high-end, multifamily housing in Nashville, TN, observing the ever changing trends of apartment and condo form and fashion.

When I relocated back to my home state of Nebraska in 2021, I decided it was time to couple my eye for design with my learned business experience and education— and Cypress House Restoration & Design was born!

Now, I specialize in transforming uninspired spaces and furniture into interiors and heirlooms that perfectly fit the homes and lifestyles of my clients. Great design isn’t about following trends— its about creating a space that feels exactly like you.
